1) Drawer Material: We use Russian maple/birch for drawer

- Still selected grade.
- You will not see major blue strain or dead knots on drawer box.
- We tried very hard to use best presentable material for our cabinets even for drawers.
- In order to cut cost, We use Russian maple/birch wood.
- But you will not see those left over wood, Finger joint, block joint on our drawers.

2) Finish of wood skin for box construction:

- Grade Bplywood means both side 90% free of defect, with Traditional clear Lacquer finish.
- We do provide matching skin for interior or exterior finish solid wood door pannel for end finish.
- It's up to your customer's choice.
- There is no vinyl or paper skin.

- Wood skin with matching paint/stain finish make a complete premium finish for our cabinets.

3) Premium Paint Finsh:

- On all our cabinet doors, frames and moulding accessories.
- We use only the best paint finish Valsper catalysed conversion varnish, the most advanced technology to date.
- It is more resistant to stains, crack, shinkage and door decay.
- Though it is more costly, it is significantly more durable and harder finish than the common, regular lacquer or laminate paint finishes.
- It is an irreversible two step process that requires, less drying time. Not many factories have the capability to process.
- Fortunately for you and your customers our factory is fully capable and willing to do this painting process.>
