Shipping Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final. You can return/exchange some merchandise purchased on our website. Any item being returned or exchanged must be in its original, unworn condition. Any item that is no longer new or washed will not be accepted. The item must have its original tags still attached to the merchandise.
For any item that is defective, contact our customer service within the first 7 business days of the original date of its shipment. Swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.


Any item that is returned must be repackaged in the original container if at all possible. Customers need to include a copy of the original packing slip along with a detailed description of the reason it is being returned. On the packing slip, include a daytime phone number in case contact is required to expedite the exchange or return processing.
Packages must be returned through a parcel service that provides a traceable delivery tracking number, or if the item is defective, use our provided shipping label. All returns take a minimum of three business days to complete the processing. Customers receive an email sent to the address on file, with notification that the return or exchange has been processed.
If possible, the refunded money will be sent back to the credit card used in the original transaction. The amount of time the refund takes to post to the credit card account will be determined by the credit card company. For a complete refund transaction, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns will only be accepted for processing within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of the returned item during shipment.
  • Unless the item is defective, the customer will be solely responsible for any charges for shipping the product for a return.

On the original receipt, the customer will need to identify the returned item along with detailed reason of exactly why the merchandise is being returned.


Any item that is being sent back for exchange needs to be identified on the packing slip along with the reason for the exchange. Any difference in price from the original purchase must be paid before shipment of the exchanged item.

  • Any exchange can only be initiated within the first 7 business days after the original shipment date.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Shipment back to the facility must include a tracking number from the carrier.

We will not refund any original shipping cost or related charges on exchanges or returns.
